Now $3635 including shipping. Another of my "special pride & joy nickel Colts" from my private collection that I thought would stay in the vault until the day I die! My wife is disabled and would not have a clue what to do with so many highly collectible pieces if I pass so much to my regret, I have to occasionally let a few go to minimize the collection as I age.This gorgeous nickel Python is from 1974 and in what appears as new with beautiful checkered walnut Colt grips (new Colt grips can be installed. I forgot these original grips have a small hole on the bottom to always stand up on a display stand-knock off $200 if purchased with these grips). Hopefully my detailed angled photos show the beautiful unmarked finish. I try to get the light to hit the gun in photos where you can see there are no hidden any scratches. There is the faintest eveidence of the cylinder being turned but nothing you can feel and the light has to hit it just right to even see it. I tried to show it in some extremely close up photos. It comes in the labeled Colt box matching the serial number with docs. The box shows some wear in the woodgrain design but still in good shape with all flaps intact. I would think it would be impossible to find a better conditioned 52 year old nickel Python IMO! Serious buyers/collectors feel free to call me if you have questions.If I end up keeping this one it won't hurt my feelings. :)

I do not want any unhappy buyers and happy to keep it if it doesn't sell. I am hoping to gain a list of serious collectors to stay in touch with in the future. Anyone requesting a return, must inspect the gun with the FFL dealer present as a witness during the entire inspection and before you take ownership and leave the dealer's location. DO NOT DRY FIRE OR PERFORM ANY ACTION CAUSING A TURN LINE ON A FLAWLESS CONDITION CYLINDER! The gun cannot be returned once it leaves the presence of the FFL PERSON receiving and inspecting the gun. Do not transfer into your name if your plan is to return it. It is impossible to know what someone does with a rare collectable piece like this one once they leave the FFL's presence and it makes returns difficult, especially if someone causes loss in value of the gun due to mishandling or adding a flaw on this rare piece. I ask you please CALL ME with any concerns DURING the inspection if you feel it was misrepresented in any way. If your call goes to VM for any reason, only if you leave me a message I promise to call back the minute I get the message. I do not chase or return "missed calls" without a message on my voicemail. Any approved return must include every item in the original shipment and everything in the EXACT condition as shipped and shown in the photos. Any changes to condition or missing items, would cause a denial of a return or a reduction in the amount issued for the return based on the change in value when I receive and inspect the shipment! Subject to a 15% restocking fee if the gun is as described but you just change your mind. If returned, the buyer is responsible for paying all fees including shipping in both directions, insurance and FFL fees on both ends of the transaction.

No sales to California or any other states with restrictions or tougher than usual requirements for receiving handguns.
