Description:
This 1979 double action revolver is a Colt Python 357 chambered in .357 Magnum. It has a 4-inch ventilated rib barrel, a serrated ramp pinned front sight with red insert, a white outline square notch adjustable rear sight, a seven groove backstrap, a curved stainless steel trigger, a fully shrouded ejector rod, and flat butt checkered walnut grips with gold rampant Colt emblems. The very top flat of the frame and rib have a satin-like texturing, thus reducing glare. The high gloss bluing is in excellent condition overall, with a shallow scratch to the right side of the frame adjacent to the screw head. The checkered wood grips are in excellent condition, with a 1.5 millimeter sized light compression mark adjacent to the back strap. The bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling intact. It comes with the original serial numbered Colt box, styrofoam inserts, Colt Instruction Manual, Handgun Heritage booklet, NRA post card, and Colt authorized repair service flyer. .357 Magnum
