This 1979 Colt Python with factory Grade C engraving and a blued finish is a highly desirable collector's piece from the "golden era" of Colt production (1977–1981). These revolvers are known for their exceptional, hand-polished Royal Blue finish and, when factory engraved, often feature detailed floral scrollwork. With "COLT ENG" being marked under the grip panel it indicats that it was done in the Colt Custom Shop. This Colt Python comes with the display case and letter from Colt verifying authenticity.
