SCARCE Master factory engraved pre custom shop PYTHON

Description:
Exceedingly rare is this 1974 master class B Factory engraved Colt Python class B 50 % coverage. The Colt custom shop did not open until 1976 and according to the Colt archives there were less than a dozen factory engraved Pythons and they were all master engravers employed at that time this one was done by Dan Goodwin the only one he did and he signed it under the grips. The gun is perfect in every aspect the Royal blue is the best I've ever seen so bright it was hard to photograph. The engraving is well executed and not overdone. This gun is so rare Colt called me when they sent the factory letter wanting me to send it to them so they could photograph and do a write up in the Rampant Colt magazine. Comes in a nice case with key. Sadly I have a terminal illness and forced to sell my rare 40year collection so please check out my other s. All reasonable offers considered.
