Colt Single Action Army Artillery Model chambered in .45LC. Frame was made in 1883 and is ""US"" marked. Metal has a scattered grey patina. Action functions and indexes properly. These Artillery models are pieced together at Colt. This one was inspected by Lewis Draper as his initials are noted on the frame. Bore is good with strong rifling. A very respectable example of an Artillery model Colt.
