"Colt Single Action Army Cavalry Model A. P. Casey Inspected Custer Avenger Range (AC926)

Description:
"Serial number 19124. Made in 1875. 45 LC caliber with 7 ½" barrel. This is a very rare A. P. Casey inspected gun. Interestingly, this gun falls right in the range and in close proximity of known “Custer Avenger" Colts. These were guns issued to Troop L of the 7th Cavalry which was assembled in September and October of 1876. This gun has a gun metal gray patina. The grips are very good with an “E branded into the right hand side of the grip. This gun is completely original. This gun comes with a letter of authentication from noted Colt Single Action expert John Kopec. He declares it all original and awarded this gun the coveted Silver seal reserved for only the original and finest guns at Mr. Kopec’s discretion.
