"Custer Range Colt Single Action Army Cavalry Model (AH8093)

Description:
"Serial number 5549. Made in 1874. 45 caliber with a 6" barrel that has been shortened from 7.5"". Gun has an even brown patina. Grips are very good, but replacements that look like they have been with the gun since the period of use. This gun was in Lot 6 which was where a bunch of guns were issued to the 7th cavalry. Along with this gun comes a letter of authentication from noted Colt expert John Kopec. Very neat Custer range gun!
