"New York Militia Colt Single Action Army Cavalry Model Signal Corp Marked (AC925)

Description:
"Serial number 54335. Made in 1880. 45 LC caliber with a 7 ½" barrel. Very fine gun with approximately 50% of the original blue. Very strong case colors on the frame. The grips are very good, but are replacement, military grips. This gun comes with a letter of authentication from noted Colt Single Action expert John Kopec. He says this is a gun that was in the New York Militia. His letter goes on to say that a few minor parts are replacements. Very fine example of a Colt Single Action Army DFC inspected New York Militia gun!
