COLT 1ST GEN SINGLE ACTION ARMY ~ FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER 44-40 ~ GOVERNOR OF NEW MEXICO - MADE 1906
serial #278832, 44-40, 4 3/4” barrel with a bright nice bright bore. Made in 1906. The  revolver has been expertly restored retaining about 99% factory quality bright nickel finish . The backstrap is neatly inscribed “Gov. Miguel A. Otero 1906”, the inscription . Miguel Antonio Otero was the governor of the Territory of New Mexico from 1897-1906. The revolver wears a set of smooth mother-of-pearl grips . The left grip panel has a repaired crack. The numbers are matching and the action is crisp and function fine . The included factory letter indicates the revolver shipped in nickel finish, 44/40 with 4 3/4” barrel and stock type not listed, in a two-gun shipment on June 28, 1906 to McIntosh Hardware Co. of Albuquerque, Territory of New Mexico. An interesting and nice looking Frontier Six Shooter.

RETURN POLICY- All firearms come with a 3-day non firing , non messing with ( turning srews ,taking apart,removing parts, scoping. firing, cleaning or messing with in anyway) inspection/return privilege.Inspection is based on a visual review of the gun to confirm the gun is in the condition stated. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping charges & if paid for with a credit card buyer absorbs the 3% credit card charges . So please ask questions BEFORE you bid.
