Colt 1st Generation Single Action Army SAA .45LC 7.5" Barrel, Holster, Letter, c. 1898 ANTIQUE $4,950.00
Description: This Colt Single Action Army revolver was shipped to Hartley and Graham, New York, New york, July 7, 1898 (serial #179422), with 49 other guns. It has a 7.5" barrel, hard rubber grips, finish is blue and case, and is in .45 Long Colt caliber. The action is in fine condition (all four clicks and locks up very well) and the bore is an 8 or 9 out of 10. The grips appear to be orignal, have assembly numbers scratched in them, and the right one also has the name "Jack Howell" in script. At some point this Colt was returned to the factory as is evidenced by the six pointed star stamped on the right rear trigger guard bow and assembly number (1192 B) stamped on many parts. There was probably also a lanyard ring attached at one time, as there is and extra hole in the butt, filled with a set screw. This gun is an ANTIQUE and does not require an FFL. The holster is a medium weight, tooled, single loop and studded (spotted) sort, with no maker mark, in good condition Shipping is $100.00, Priority, insired.
