Worth, Texas as a blue revolver in 1931; it was Engraved, Inscribed, and Nickel Plated with Carved Pearl Steer Head Grips; Revolver was given to A.P. Barrett, a Very Prominent Texan and Good Friend of President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Amon Carter, and State Representative at a very early age; He was active in many successful business ventures (this can be verified on the internet); Inscribed “From Your Boys Elliott & Lee” and “Presented August 13, 1936”; Elliott Roosevelt was the Son of F.D.R. and Lee Armor was an employee of A.P.
