"Colt 1855 Root 2A Revolver .28 Cal (AC825) Consignment

"

SN:25233, Manufactured circa 1860, .28 cal with a 3.5"" octagonal barrel. Bore has strong rifling and pitting towards the center of barrel. Cased percussion single action revolver with ivory grips, round cylinder roll engraved, 5 shot and New York-style Punch-dot engraving. Case comes with 2-sidled eagle, shield powder flask UMC percussion cap tin, Colt patent brass bullet cleaning rod and key. Overall condition is fine.
