"Exceptional Cased New York Engraved Colt 1860 Army (AC217) DTX
Description:
"Made in 1866. 44 caliber with an 8" barrel. This gun is in exceptional condition with most of the original silver finish on the barrel, frame and trigger guard. The cylinder is gold plated and has approximately 30% of the gold. Action works perfectly. Grips are high relief carved Ivories with a Mexican eagle on the left hand side. There is a repair where the repair meets the frame. This gun comes in a very fine dealer case with all of the accoutrements. This gun is beautifully New York Engraved. It was common back then for retailers to have engraving done in house. Absolutely Beautiful case set! (DALLAS LOCATION)
