COLT DRAGOON REVOLVER
Description: Third model Colt Dragoon in the 13k serial range. A decent looking Dragoon with a nice aged patina. Cylinder still has a very faint scene. Generally they are gone . Cylinder number does not match other numbers. This has the standard Sam Colt New York address. All markings are good. Cylinder indexes. Action works good. Grips are worn but overall good cond with no cracks or losses. A faint cartouche is visible. Another interesting addition to this Colt is a letter from the family that had this. The letter goes back several generations and also includes a picture of this fellow proudly being photographed with his Dragoon. An old holster accompanies the gun.
