Colt Engraved First Model Dragoon (C10690)

Description:

Colt Engraved First Model Dragoon. Engraved by the famous Chicago engraver Arnold Griebel. Beautifully engraved in floral and tendril patterns and accented with gold line inlays. Backstrap and trigger guard are gold plated. Griebel was well known for his excellent quality work in the 1950’s and 60’s. He engraved Colts, Smith & Wessons, Winchesters, and fine shotguns. This is a very fine example of his work. The colt is in excellent condition. A beautiful cased set!
