Engraved in the "doughnut" style which was typical of the time. Overall gun is in fine condition with all matching numbers in the 43k serial range. Dlx Burl Fancy Walnut stocks in fine condition. Mechanics are excellent. Backstrap and trigger guard have 90% silver finish remaining. Front of the bbl looks like it may have been cleaned at one time and is a light grey. Frame has traces of case color. Cylinder displays about 90% of orig scene. Original Colt case in excellent condition with all the correct accoutrements. Nice little gun.
