Colt Single Action Army .45 Boxer (C12891)

Description:

Colt Single Action Army .45 Boxer caliber revolver. Made in 1877 with a 5 ½” barrel. Gun has British proofs on barrel and cylinder. All are very small. Condition is excellent with 90% of the original finish remaining with the main concentration loss on the front and backstrap. Screws still have traces of fire blue. This gun has the Pall Mall address on the barrel. The London Shop was under the leadership of Von Oppen and a lot of nickel guns sold through here. Very fine early Colt Single Action!
