BOXCAR Grip Pair of .45 COLTS in H.H. HEISER Rig! 2 Black Powder Frame Colts in Hand-Tooled Belt & Holsters
Description: BOXCAR Grip Pair of .45 COLTS in H.H. HEISER Rig! 2 Black Powder Frame Colts in Hand-Tooled Belt & Holsters Here we present a pair of antique, Black Powder Frame Single Action Army Revolvers in .45, made in Hartford, Connecticut, with the full H.H. Heiser tooled Cartridge Belt & Holsters, which were made by Hermann H. Heiser, a German immigrant to Denver, Colorado who was active in his trade under his own name from about 1874 until about 1904. He became famous worldwide for his quality leather holsters and saddlery. These classic revolvers are unique, as sometime over the years a pair of dice have been embedded into the grips, each with the 6 showing to produce what is known as “boxcars” or “midnight” in the game of craps. The holster rig is a rarity in itself and remains in good shape. There is a very old and practical repair on the right side of the belt. The gun belt is full of empty brass. The belt measures 34-3/4 inches from the bottom of the prong to the first hole, and 39 inches to the last. The overall condition of these Black Powder Frame Colts is very good. Both bores are in good condition with nice rifling. The bore of #32023 is shiny and bright. #1133’s grip is quite worn and weathered and shows a repair on the left. Strong action in all positions with the ejector rod staying smooth. Both guns in combination with the cartridge belt, this is a very neat piece of history to display or wear! This is a legitimate antique and not a reproduction. Caliber: .45 Colt Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. Delivered directly to your door by express mail! Guaranteed AUTHENTIC & Includes CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. ancestryguns $12,000 #190259 SOLD Antique: Yes |
