Old example of an original well used cowboy gun that has been there. All matching serial numbers including barrel. Cylinder is marked but can't read it due to use and wear. Barrel is now 5 1/2 with soft barrel address. Action remarkably has a four clicks but I would not shoot this one unless my wife shot it first.
Main spring is a later variation. My guess to soften the action. Patched up to stay in a working man's holster. The action works well but occasionally gets sticky but works. I just don't want to take apart an old gun like this to see. Bore is typical black powder. See photos for condition, wear and use. Not a condition gun but not priced as one. A neat wall hanger or display piece. At this price this one is sold as is. This is an antique and ships direct for $35.
