Colt SAA Special Order With A 7&1/4'' Barrel Nickel Plated, Gold Washed & Ebony Grips..

Description:
Colt single action .44-40 role die. Special order barrel length is 7&1/4. Five guns were ordered with the same barrel length. And then they were embellished differently for the Chicago World's Fair in 1893. This gun still retains 90% of the original nickel plating. And 80% of the gold wash on the cylinder and straps. The Ebony grips are in excellent condition. Bore & cylinder chambers are excellent. The gun shows very little handelig and wear. The ejector rod and head, and also the base pin was gold washed.
