Honest un-messed with Texas shipped revolver with original finish and grips. 20% blue remaining with balance fading to mottled gray and NO heavy pitting. Perfect fit original hard rubber grip panels never been off gun with unturned screws. Unturned screws on the rest of gun as well tesitment to it's never been taken apart. Correct small blade front sight. Cylinder also with traces of original brilliant blue and excellent chambers as is the bore and rifling of barrel. Perfect working order and tight cylinder lockup(no play). Factory letter states it was shipped from warehouse in shipment of three to E.L. Wilson Hardware Co. in it’s current configuration in Nov. 1905. E.L Wilson Hardware Co. was in Beaumont, TX. Honest Bisley Model out of Texas is tough to find as most saw hard use due to period and location. The .41 Colt caliber is the rarest of the five primarily issued calibers in Colt single actions of the time.
