Colt SAA Interpol Commemorative #89 Of 154 .45 LC WCase
Description:
Excellent Colt SAA Interpol Commemorative #89 Of 154 .45 LC WCase, 4 3/4" bbl, metal portions of the revolver are engraved - sterling silver plated, screws are engraved - blued, faux ivory grips with a high relief eagle and shield on the right grip, and a leather book style display case. The United States Historical Society authorized the production of 154 revolvers as gifted to Interpol in 1968 by David M. Williams. A former convict, Williams held more than 60 patents for firearms, to include the M-1 Carbine. The leather book style case has a gold Interpol logo on the gold bordered cover, the spine has a gold Interpol logo with "U.S. HISTORICAL SOCIETY" in gold, the interior has a fitted purple lining and a satin covered inner lid.
