Description: 1964 Mfg. Colt Detective Special revolver in rare factory Nickel finish. Wearing a three inch barrel, full checkered wood grips with Silver Ramparts medallions and combat fixed sights. Finding a Detective Special with a three inch barrel is a treat, but to find one with a brilliant factory Nickel finish is very rare for me. We have been fortunate to have offered up several two inch Nickel Detective Specials from this generation in the past, but finding this one in 3 inch is a first. Gun is in amazing fresh condition, it appears gun has been test fired only since factory. Gun is at 98% or better condition and comes in original numbered to gun box with papers.
