"Serial number 1382. Made in 1954. 357 Magnum caliber with a 4†barrel. This gun is in very fine condition with 90% of the original blue. The 357 Magnum model was originally was only in production for a few years between 1953-1961. It was a unique idea making a 357 caliber gun in a medium frame revolver. It was meant to be the premium gun to the Colt troop. However, its popularity waned after the introduction of the ultra premium Colt Python and was therefore discontinued. This gun is accompanied by a factory letter. It was shipped to the W. A. Holt Company in Waco Texas.
