Scarce Nickel 1955 Detective Special .32NP with Archive Letter
SALE PENDING
Description: Scarce Colt Detective Special chambered in .32NP with a factory original dual-tone nickel finish. The serial number dates production to 1955, which is a little unusual in itself. Colt discontinued the "dual-tone" finish by the end of production in 1954, but this early 1955 manufacture revolver still retains the attraction polished/matte combination. The over-all condition is exceptional. The action is crisp, lock up is tight, and the bore is clean with strong lands and grooves. The factory Walnut grips are excellent and are numbered to the gun. A Colt Archive Letter is included. Price includes free shipping CONUS.
