"U.S. Colt Model 1917 revolver .45ACP (C19810) CONSIGNMENT

Serial No. 223616, made in 1919, .45ACP, 5.5"" round barrel. Overall finish as turned to a grey patina with traces of blue visible in protected areas. Bore is good with light coat of surface frosting in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Left side of the barrel is marked ""Colt D.A. 45"" Top is marked with two lines barrel address. Rampant Colt is marked left side upper frame with Eagle head on the top strap flat. Grips have been checkered. Bottom grip strap is marked with ""U.S./ARMY/MODEL/1917"" with serial number.
