Colt New Police Revolver – .32 Caliber – 4" Barrel
Offered for sale is an original Colt New Police double-action revolver chambered in .32 Colt New Police. This classic Colt dates to approximately 1899–1900 and represents one of Colt's most popular turn-of-the-century law enforcement and civilian sidearms.
This revolver features a desirable 4-inch barrel, six-shot swing-out cylinder, original hard-rubber Colt grips, and matching visible serial numbers on the frame and crane. Barrel markings remain legible, including the "COLT D.A. 32" caliber designation and Colt patent/address markings.
The revolver retains an attractive untouched appearance with an even brown-gray patina developed through honest age and handling. The original grips remain in very good condition with sharp checkering and crisp Colt medallion panels. Markings are clear and the revolver appears to be an unaltered example that has not been refinished.
