Description:
This is a Colt Official Police Revolver in .38 Special that is all original Blue. The bore is excellent and the action is smooth and tight. 5" barrel and factory installed lanyard loop are original. There is punch mark unfer the barrel and star marking on the cylinder face. This is possibly a military contract gun but only a factory letter will tell for sure. Grips are plastic made by Colt in that era. From my own collection of many years.
