"Colt 1851 Navy Conversion .38 centerfire (AH6704)

Single action Colt revolver made in 1853. Has been converted post-Civil War to fire .38 centerfire cartridges. All serials are matching aside from the cylinder which illegible from age. The backstrap has been professionally inscribed ""J.W Kent"" in fine script. The grips are in excellent condition. A fine 1851 conversion.
