Description:
Colt Commando Model from 1942 WWII 38 Special "USAAF" Revolver. Revolver features parkerized finish, and checkered bakelite grips.

Left side of barrel reads: "Colt Commando .38 Special."
Back strap stamped: "USAAF."
Bottom of grip frame marked: "BMP.33."
Ordnance flaming bomb mark on top left side of frame.
Cylinder crane stamped with "6581," "L," and "X."
"T" stamped on left side of trigger guard.
No visible import markings.
Condition:
Caliber / Gauge: .38 Special Barrel Length: 4" Serial Number: 6581 Condition: Very good. Bright bore, with very good rifling. Metal surfaces show approximately 85% original finish, with some holster wear and a few surface scratches. Grips show some handling marks.
Action functions smoothly. Mechanically excellent. Shootable.
