Early Colt 1851 Navy 1st Model Revolver. Made in 1850. This gun is serial number 677. Gun is all matching. This is a nice sharp gun that has had the metal cleaned. Cylinder scene is still present and visible. The right hand side has moderate pitting where it looks like the gun laid somewhere that caused this corrosion. Grips show normal carry wear. This is a 1st Model which is most easily distinguished by the wedge screw being underneath the wedge instead of above the wedge. Super Rare Gun!
