Colt New Service Target .45 Revolver with King Sights and Wide Spur Hammer.
Description: A fully restored Colt New Service Target from 1928 that is equipped with the King sights and wide spur target hammer. The action is at tight as it left the factory, bore is excellent and the action feels like it just left the Colt Custom Shop, smooth as silk. The grips are the Coltwood type that were installed after the war. The gun is chambered in .45 Colt and has the Patridge style sights. The frame grip straps are checkered on both front and back and it has the checkered trigger of which both features were standard on this model. The barrel markings are clear and sharp with the last patent date on the top of the barrel being 1905. Colt only averaged 80 New Service Targets per year while they were in production from 1900 to WWII and that included all of the calibers. If you have been wanting one of these then this is your chance. I offer a three day non firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $55 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer).
