Colt Officer's Model Match, 3rd Model, 22 LR

PRICE REDUCED! WAS $1699.99! Beautiful Colt Officers Model Match, 5th Issue, 22 LR.  The Title says 3rd model, it is actually a 5th issue revolver. This one was made in 1961. It has the original box (numbered to the revolver) and a test target, etc. It is in exceptional condition for a 63 year old. The action is very smooth, as you would expect from an older Colt. Double action shooting is easy and the single action is crisp and accurate. The revolver has been used some but is in excellent condition. The walnut stocks are near perfect with one small mark on the butt (see Picture). It has a click adjustable Target rear sight. The metal has only light wear (almost negligible) on the sharp edges and the muzzle. Check out the pictures, the close-ups show small marks that are not noticeable without magnification. The box is in good condition, but showing signs of wear and should be treated gently to preserve it's condition. Overall this is a beautiful example of Colt craftsmanship and would be a great addition to your collection. If you are looking for one to collect or even shoot, and maybe compete with, ths one has just enough use that you can shoot it carefully without hurting the value.

My FFL dealer (Dixie Gun & Fish) securely packs and ships each firearm, following all firearms laws, and will include a signed copy of their FFL with each firearm shipped. No private sales on firearms!

SAFETY WARNING- Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered may or may not have been test fired, and some have been only visually inspected. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. The buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.

RETURN POLICY- All firearms come with a 3-day non firing, no-tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping. firing, cleaning or altering in any way) inspection/return privilege. Inspection is based on a visual review of the firearm to confirm that it is in the condition stated. In the case of a return, the buyer pays all shipping charges both ways. Please ask questions.
Return Policy Guidelines of GunsInternational  Unless the buyer and seller agree to modify, as may be the case in a new gun, layaway, international sales and for used guns and accessories it must be clearly marked in the listing as No Return, the return policy is three (3) calendar days from the day the item(s) are received by the buyer or delivered to the FFL acting for the buyer.   The item may be returned for any reason, but the buyer must notify the seller within the three (3) calendar day inspection period.  The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges.  On a return the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller.  Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected a prompt refund will be issued.  Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item(s).  The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance i.e... Priority, Express, Blue Label etc.  The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer.  This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled.  Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period. Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund. Recommendation: Confirm purchase with all details via the Contact Seller form within the listing and print out the listing for your records. Industry standard is that if a buyer fails to perform on a layaway that any monies deposited are forfeited.  GunsInternational recommends all layaways are agreed in writing. Any modification of the 3 day return policy must be in writing by both buyer and seller.
