Colt Officers Model 7&1/2" barrel Excellent bore

Here's a nice older Colt Officer's Model (I'm guessing the 3rd Model as both front and rear sights are adjustable but I am not sure). A good percentage of finish but some dulling with age. Bore, action, walnut grips are all exellent with these exceptions. There is a large gold "B" inlaid on the right grip and various other smaller patriotic inlays as shown in the photos. My guess is that the B is for the original owner's name and that the smaller inlays are from some shooting matches; I'm not sure. In any event, this is a nice vintage .38 spl target revolver.
