This is a Colt Bankers Special, Ser # 377,959 Shipped to Boston Police Department Sept 14 1936 as per the Colt letteres with the Numbered box, 2 pamphlets ,Test target, Badge, Factory letter, tissue paper. The gun is in excelent mechanical condition, nice bore and cylinder, very nice grips , The Box is a very nice one with great labels. This is a uncommon gun to see .Its correctley marked on the backstrap in bold letters and numbers. The finish is very much like a few i've seen . Used but not abused. Thinning on the cylinder and a few areas where a holster would leave its marks. A solid and rare gun to find in its box with papers. Call with any questions. Tom 612 859 5673
