The Colt Police Positive is an improved version of the earlier New Police model, incorporating several enhancements, including Colt’s innovative Positive Lock internal hammer safety system. This example is in fair overall condition, with most of the original blued finish having worn away. The revolver appears to be properly timed and is mechanically sound. The bore remains in good condition. The revolver is currently fitted with vintage Colt Scout-style faux black pearl grips, which complement its classic appearance. Also included is a vintage Black Federal Man holster.
