This revolver features a small blued steel frame with a 6rd capacity, double and single action firing, and checkered walnut grip panels with Colt medallions. Although walnut grips were not standard until later in the First Issue series, these grips fit the frame very nicely and look great. The revolver is in great working order with solid lockup and timing, in addition to nice bore and chamber surfaces, as shown in the photos. The pistol appears to have been refinished at one point, as evident by some of the faded lettering, as seen in the photos. Some finish wear can be seen on the edges on the frame as well. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the pistol. This would make for a wonderful historical shooter! No handgun sales in MA. C&R OK.
