This revolver features a rich blued steel frame construction, with checkered hard rubber grip panels, and both double and single action firing mechanisms. The revolver is in great cosmetic condition with only a few small areas of wear, specifically some scraping on the upper left side of the frame, as shown. The timing and lockup appear to be very slightly off when the hammer is cocked slowly; a fairly common problem on these older Colt revolvers. That being said, the cosmetic condition is truly excellent or its age, and the the grip panels are in superb shape with no signs of cracks or chips. The bore and chamber surfaces are great as well.
