Colt Python Buford Pusser “Walking Tall” Deluxe Limited Edition. Rare Colt Python 4” .357 Magnum made to commemorate famed Tennessee sheriff Buford Pusser. Only 50 were made, this is No.18. The gun features a polished blue finish with gold decorations and scenes depicting some of Sheriff Pusser’s sayings and exploits. This is a rare Deluxe version with genuine ivory grips scrimshawed with Sheriff Pusser’s signature. The regular version had standard wood grips. The gun comes in a beautiful upright glass and wood display case with a lexan plaque etched with “Walking Tall” and a tiny replica of Sheriff Pusser’s famous hickory stick. The exciting Walking Tall story was made even more famous by the 1970’s movie. This is a very rare and desirable Colt Python, with an interesting piece of history attached to it.
