Colt Python .357 Mag Stainless Steel 6 Inch Barrel.

Serial number: T18686 was made in 1983, which is the first year of production for the Colt Python in Stainless Steel. 

One of the few hand-fit American made production handguns. Stainless steel double action revolver w/ 6-shot swing-out fluted cylinder, adjustable rear all black sight, 6" Vent Rib barrel, and walnut checkered stocks w/ gold medallions. 

Revolver is stil in its original factory box w/ styrofoam insert inside woodgrain sleeve w/ gold Colt logo. 
 
This revolver has been shot, no idea how much, but does not show big rings on the cylinder's charging holes and no excessive carbon buildup on the inside of the frame. The finish is probaly 97% w/ soem marks at the end of the barrel near the muzzle. There are few marks in the checkering on boths sides of the grips.  
Overall, a good example of a Stainless Steel Python from the first year of this version's production.
