Description: 1902 Colt SAA First Generation revolver wearing a 5.5 inch barrel, Mother of Pearl grips, Nickel finish and chambered in .22LR. Gun was converted in early 1950s by Christy Gun Works of Sacramento CA. . Christys barrel and cylinder made of 8640 steel, they used their custom built hammers and all other parts made in house by Christy Gun Works. Pictured below is a Christy ad from the 50s. They did amazing work as seen by the build quality of this Colt SAA. Timing is spot on, great four click hammer, good bore. Nickel finish is very good with no flaking, minor holster abrasion on left side by muzzel. MOP grips very good with small chip near butt on RT side. A rare chance to own a scare first generation Colt SAA in .22 LR with full Christy Gun Works quality conversion. Add 3% if paying with credit card. Free shipping for US Vetrans and retired LEO.
