Colt 1st Generation Single Action Army Revolver SAA .32 WCF, 4.75” Barrel, w/Holster, Letter c. 1906

Description:
This is a good condition 1st Generation Colt Single Action Army revolver with 4.75” barrel in .32 WCF caliber. The Colt retains about 50% of its original blue finish and the case frame has lost most of the colors leaving a silvery finish with some shallow pitting. The action is tight and correct. The right grip has a chip missing on the toe. This gun was shipped to Salt Lake Hardware Company, Salt Lake City, Utah, on May 17, 1906, with 2 other guns. The serial number is 278164. 
 
The accompanying “Moose Brand” double loop holster was made by Brauer Brothers Manufacturing Company, St. Louis, Missouri, around the turn of the century. It is medium weight leather in very good condition.
