Colt 1st Generation Single Action Army SAA 7.5” .32 WCF c. 1897 w/Holster ANTIQUE

Description:
This is a nice Colt Single Action Army revolver serial #172754 shipped to Simmons Hardware Company, St. Louis, Missouri, on September 21, 1897 with one other gun of the same type. It is .32 WCF caliber and with a 7.5” barrel and original gutta percha grips. Mechanics are good with tight lock up and a well worn bore, but shootable, with typical black powder frosting. The gun is overall patina’d with traces of blue here and there. At 120 plus years, it is in quite respectable condition. As an antique, no FFL is required for shipment. 
 
The Colt is housed in a very comfortable working man’s carved leather double loop, rawhide laced, period, unmarked holster. The holster has been reinforced on the back from about the middle down.
