This is a nice looking Colt Frontier Six Shooter (.44WCF) SAA serial #337254, shipped to Wyeth Hardware & Manufacturing Co., St. Joseph, Missouri, June 20, 1919, with one other gun. It has a 4.75" barrel with hard rubber grips. It is mechanically fine, with all four clicks and three notches. The bore is very good and the gun has been well kept. It has been buffed here and there, and probably has been touched up with cold blue, though very little cleaned off. The barrel has probably 70% of its factory finish, most of the wear on the left side. The frame is bare with no case colors showing, and scattered very shallow pitting throughout. The grips fit well, aren't numbered inside, and there is a flat chip out of the butt of the left one.
The holster is a '30's or '40's heavy leather single loop holster made by George Lawrence Co,pany, Portland, Oregon. It is in very good condition.
