Description: This is a very good Colt 44 Cal. Army single-action revolver. The serial number is. 124452. It was made in 1863 during the middle of the Civil War. It shows the inspector's cartouche on the bottom of the left grip. The gun is very tight with no wobbling. The action functions great in full or half cock. The cylinder spins freely on half cock. The butt shows some use as a hammer. The metal has an even patina. All serial numbers match. Most of the screws show some damage. The barrel has the New York Colt Address. Overall an honest Civil War Colt in very good condition. Shipping is $35.00 to the lower 48 with AL, CA, HI, OR and WA, paying $55.00.
