From my own personal collection, this is a real beauty of a restoration! Beautiful high polish carbona blue with case colors by Turnbull. Sharp lines. All numbers match and the gun appears to be all original, including the half moon checkered trigger which was correct for the time period (1906). Includes the letter from Colt, showing it was shipped to Norvell Sharpleigh Hardware on 11/21/1906.
This gun had an action job and the action is buttery smooth, almost like it's on ball bearings. All 4 clicks and the timing is perfect. Would make for a great shooter or a wall hanger (it's really almost too pretty to shoot). The pictures don't really do it justice.
Must go through an FFL. Please make sure that your FFL is OK accepting shipments from private individuals. $90 insured overnight shipping.
