Moore Colt Distribution, N.Y. on Jan. 29, 1881 (Letter on Order); Nickel Finish; Barrel Length Not Listed; Very Scarce Early 4 ¾” Barrel; Colt Letters assume barrel length 7 ½” but this gun is an early 4 ¾”; Good Amount of Original Nickel Present; Nice Walnut Grips; All Matching Numbers; Perfect Action; Very Strong Bore with light even frosting; Gun was purchased north of Ft.
