Colt SAA Sr.# 277193 - 45-LC with Colt Historian Letter, sold to Pacific Hardware & Steel Co. S.F.Ca. shipped May 1, 1906. This piece remains in very nice condition and locks up very tight. It remains in the original configuration except the front sight has been altered for bullet impact. The barrel remains in very good and strong condition with a trace of slight pits in 3% of the bore. Chambers in 90% condition showing no wear except for bluing. Some bluing on the top and bottom of the barrel and around the trigger guard, and the stamping of the patent dates and Colt emblem are sharp. The grips show wear on the checkering and the colts are slick but still in nice shape.
