Colt SAA Revolver Rare .44 Rimfire Low Serial Number 135
Description: Extremely rare and hard to find Colt SAA in .44 Rimfire. Comes with a Colt Factory Letter. Low serial number 135. Serial number is present on barrel, frame, triggerguard, and back strap. I can't see a number clearly enough on cylinder. The barrel, cylinder, ejector housing, and frame are all marked with a C. Action functions and indexes properly (3 out of 4 clicks). Original 7 1/2 barrel has a good bore. Most of the Rimfire Colt SAA's were sent to Mexico and unfortunately had their barrels cut to shorter lengths. Overall condition is a brown / gray patina. Markings are still visible (see pictures). This an extremely rare Colt and although it may not be perfect, it definitely will fit in someone's collection that needs to fill the void for a highly desirable SAA.
