Colt Single Action Army revolver chambered in .45 Colt. First Generation model manufactured in 1924. Comes with a Colt factory letter confirming its being sold to Ragland Hardware Company and shipped on 21 November 1924, to Belknap Hardware & Mfg. Company in Louisville, Kentucky with a 7 1/2 inch barrel and nickel finish. The factory letter further states that the revolver was returned to the factory on 4 February 1925, and subsequently reshipped to Union Hardware & Metal Company in Los Angeles, California, on 10 June 1926. The factory letter also indicates that the revolver was shipped the second time with rubber grips. .45 Colt
